If you have an extra pop-up canopy/shade tent available, please bring it as well. Thank you!

8 AM – Set Up Team

Set up tables, clothing, pop-up tents, and chairs.

Please arrive at 8 AM.

Clothing Setup & Organization - Arrive at 8 AM

Sort, organize, and arrange donated clothing before the festival begins.

Parking Team

Welcome guests and direct vehicles. Most help is needed from 10 AM–12 PM.

Backpack & School Supply Giveaway

Welcome families and give out free backpacks and school supplies.

Games & Activities

Help with games and activities, explain how each game works, and keep everything running smoothly.

Face Painting & Crafts

Help kids with face painting and simple crafts.

General Help – Floater

Available 8 AM–2 PM to jump in wherever needed: setup, activities, giveaways, organizing, or cleanup.

Tear Down & Clean Up

Help clean the parking lot, take down event areas, and put tables, supplies, games, and equipment away.

Help begins after the festival ends at 2 PM.
